PriceList Farmhouse in Italy for Holiday
ROOMS PRICE LIST
Prices refer to room (overnight stay for two people) with breakfast and include VAT.
The price for children is applied from 3 years of age up to 10 years of age. Adults are considered to be people from the age of 10 years onwards. For children from 0 to the age of 3 years stay and breakfast are FREE.
Pets are welcome; they may be charged an extra fee for room sanitation. The single room rate is 70% of the full rate. In case of early departure, 30% of the remaining stay is always required.
The price includes room cleaning and linen change after the seventh day of continuous stay. You can still request new linen or cleaning of the room throughout your stay according to your needs.
The rate of stay is not included.⚠️For the reservation we ask 50% in advance. Our cancellation policy is refund up to 7 days before the arrival date !! After this time, the deposit will be retained as compensation!!

AGRICAMPING PRICE LIST
The cost is calculated on the basis of the number of crew members (adults and children) in addition to the cost of the pitch. Children under 5 years are excluded from payment. Animals are excluded from payment.
The prices of the camper/van area are inclusive of electricity, drinking water and drainage. Loading and unloading without stay: € 10,00.
The prices of the camping area include the use of bathrooms with hot water, common refrigerator , washing machine and wellness area free of charge.
The cost of the buffet breakfast in the lounge is € 10 per person (on reservation).
The cost of the stay is not included.
